On November 22, 2025, the NGONDA Foundation hosted the first edition of the “For Her Gala” at the Wallonie-Bruxelles Center in Kinshasa, bringing together more than 150 participants and 22 sponsors to support the fight against menstrual poverty in the DRC.

The evening featured an inspiring speech by the founder, Esther Kingambo, a screening showcasing field activities, testimonials from young beneficiaries, the artistic “Fongola” fashion show, and live performances by Harley Bisei and Gaz Mawete.
